
Microsoft needed a place for SME owners to discuss issues they face, share ideas, feed back on Microsoft products, and generally talk shop online.
The site had to maximize social engagement from the audience. So we built the opinion tracker - an easy-to-use survey mechanic, allowing users to get their views out there, by voting on relevant issues.
The site created a communal buzz about biz, with the opinion tracker helping to make the site responsive, and representative of user opinion. Which kept Microsoft in touch with the man on the street... or in the office.
